Guest Production Report

This report lists production by a specific guest profile during the specified date range. The report has a summary view and a detail view. The summary view will show a stay summary and a forecasted stay summary of all the guest stays for the specified guest profile. The detail view will show an entire list of the specific guest stays and forecasted stays. The detail view will show an entire list of the specific guests past stays.
You can specify one or more properties. You must specify a the report view and guest profile.
The following are some of the important points to be noted:
- In Summary view, the Stay Summary section of the report will calculate all guest stays for the selected guest profile which have a status of checked-out and in-house. Reserved status will not show. Canceled and no show records are not included.
- In Summary view, the Forecasted Stay Summary section will display projected guest stays which have a status of reserved. Once the guest stay has a status of to in-house, or checked-out, the stay will be moved and displayed in the Stay Summary section.
- In Detail view, the Stay Details section of the report will display individually all stays associated with the selected guest profile which have a status of in-house, checked-out, cancel, and no show.
- In Detail view, the Forecasted Stay Details section will display projected guest stays which have a status of Reserved. Once the guest stay has a status of to in-house, no show, cancelled or checked-out, the stay will be moved and displayed in the Stay Summary section.
