Work Order Detail

This report a gives a detailed list of work orders for a specified date range and is designed to be used by the employees doing the maintenance on the rooms. The report includes room number, room type, suite component indicator, work order, work order description, reason code and description, employee assigned, department assigned, work order status, start date, end date, original end date, back in service date, and notes. The report includes the fields minor, OOI, OOO, and urgent with yes and no indicators. The report is grouped by room number with total line for each room's work orders. The report provides a total number of all work orders reported.

You can filter the report by specifying a property, reason, employee, status, department, room, building, floor, wing. You can optionally include work order notes. You can group the report by department, employee, OOI, minor, reason, start date, urgent, building, floor, or wing.
