Housekeeping Room Status Report

This report lists all the active guest rooms in the hotel and their current status. The report includes room, room type, room points, housekeeping status, room status, service type, last cleaned, employee assigned, guest name, VIP level, loyalty level, arrival date, departure date, number of guests, rate plan, turndown time, room cleaning time, and preferences.

Rooms will be printed according to the housekeeping sort order set for each room in the room configuration. If no housekeeping sort order is set the rooms will be sorted by room number in ascending order.

You can filter the report by specifying room status, housekeeping status, housekeeper name, floor, loyalty program, and loyalty level. You can optionally include suite rooms, guest preferences, and rate plan. You can limit the report to only rooms blocked for today, and only guests with a VIP level. You can sort the report by rate plan or room number. The following important points must be noted:

• Include Reservation Notes: If this check box is selected, the report includes the notes from the Reservation Notes field on the Guest Stay page.
• Include Housekeeping Note: If this check box is selected, housekeeping notes are printed on the report.
• This report applies the VVIP functionality.
• The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
