House Room Status Report

This report lists the current hotel date's room status. The report includes counts for inventory, occupancy, in-house, due to arrive, due to depart, out of service, manual room hold, and room status information by room type and then a total for all room types combined.

Where shares are present, the report will count the share master only.

These calculations are performed:

• Inventory = Inventory count + Out of Order
• Occupancy = Room Pickup Date = Hotel Date
