Group List Report Overview
This report lists all group bookings for a selected time frame including their block and pick-up information. The report includes group name, group account, status, type, arrival, departure, rate plan, method of guarantee, method of reservation, sales manager, planned release date, blocked, pick-ups, and the difference between the blocked, pick-ups Room Nights, Rooms, Guests (Adults and Children) and Total Revenue. The report shows a summary totals for all groups block and pick-up per day.
The report can be filtered by property, sales manager, and group status. You can optionally include day use rooms. You can sort the report by arrival, group name, or sales manager.
This report is a direct display of the blocks and pick-ups on the Group Block screen. This report will not include pick-up dates that are shoulder dates and therefore may not match other group reports that include shoulder date information. The following important points must be noted:
- Include Tentative Groups not Affecting Availability: If this check box is selected, the report includes Block values for groups for which the status is Tentative but the check box Tentative Room Block Affects House Availability on tab is not selected.
