Event Menus Ordered

This report gives a detailed list of the menus or individual food and beverage items associated with event reservations for a specified date range. The report displays event reservations grouped by date. The report includes the event reservation details: status, event name, group name, event start date, start time, event end date, end time, event room, and number of persons. The report will then list the event menus and other individual items for each event below the event reservation information. The report includes the event's menu and items details: menu/item description, menu/item start date, start time, menu/item end date, end time, department, quantity ordered, and notes.

You can filter the report by specifying the property, event room, group ID, group name, menu type, menu, department, event name, and event ID. You can optionally include menu details, notes, and event reservation statuses of in-house, definite, tentative, prospect, and cancelled.
