Event Items Ordered

This report gives a detailed list of the event items that have been ordered for event reservations for a specified date range. Event items are non-food and beverage items such as audio visual items, computer equipment, and things needed for the room. The report is grouped by date and includes events details of status, event name, group name, event start date, start time, event end date, end time, event room, and number of persons. The report will then list the event items for the event and include item description, item start date, start time, item end date, end time, item notes, quantity ordered, inventory, inventory, and department.

You can filter the report by specifying the property, event room, group ID, group name, event item type, event item, department, event name, and event ID. Event room, group name, and event item are multi select. You can optionally include notes, and event reservation statuses of in-house, definite, tentative, prospect, and canceled.
