Add-Ons Report

This report lists all add-on items set on guest accounts during the specified date range. Add-on items consist of non-room items, and non-room bundles and meal plans that contain one or more non-room item. The report is used to determine the quantity of items needed for the dates entered. This report is geared towards actual inventory verses the delivery of the item.

The report includes guest details of reservation stay date, status, guest name, VIP code, account, share with ID, room, room type, arrival and departure dates, Added by User, and number of guests in the room. The report then gives add-on detail of item type, item, Unit Price, date the item was added, start and end dates, posting frequency, pricing control, when the item begins, and the quantity. The report is grouped by item and gives a total of each item by guest status, and a total of each item per day.

The report also displays the following inventory information:

  • Inventory: Inventory is the Inventory Count on the start date.
  • Inventory Nights: Inventory nights is the inventory required per night, like room nights. If the report is for 3 days and inventory is 10, then Inventory Nights is 30.
  • Sold: The total inventory sold based on night count.
  • Available: The total inventory available based on night count.

You can filter the report by Property, Department, Item, VIP and Created By. You can optionally include specific guest statuses. This report applies the VVIP functionality.
