Generating A/R notes report

Use the A/R Notes Report page to print all notes added to the Notes tab of a specific property A/R account. The report also prints notes that are associated to an A/R account using the Link Notes link in the Action button of the Invoice, Charges, and Payment tabs.

To generate A/R notes report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Accounts Receivable > A/R Notes Report.
  2. Specify this information:
    Account Number
    Specify the account number for which you want to generate the report.
    Include A/R Account Notes
    Select this check box to print the notes that are specified on the Notes tab of the Property A/R Account page.
    Include Contact Notes
    Select this check box to print the notes that are specified on the Notes tab of the Property A/R Account page and where the Contact is specified.
    Include Invoice Notes
    Select this check box to print the notes that are specified on the Invoice tab of the Property A/R Account page.
    Include Payment Notes
    Select this check box to print the notes that are specified on the Payment tab of the Property A/R Account page.
    Include Charge Notes
    Select this check box to print the notes that are specified on the Charges tab of the Property A/R Account page.
    Start Date and End Date
    The report displays the notes that are created on or between the start date and end date range that you have specified.
