Flash Report

This report displays key statistical information about the property for the previous day.

You can filter the report by specifying the property. You can optionally include house accounts. You can optionally print the report in a single page format.

The following are some of the important points to be noted:

  • Walk-in guest records staying multiple nights will only be counted as walk-ins on the first night of their stay, they will be counted as stay overs on subsequent nights.
  • The report will include Revenue from Reserved and Unreserved Lease. This includes Room, Other, and Food and Beverage Revenue.
  • The Group Loyalty Member Average Length of Stay sum will include group reservations that are either arrivals or stayovers for the report date.
  • The Individual Loyalty Member Average Length of Stay sum will include reservations that are either arrivals or stayovers for the report date.
  • Total In-House Guests and Walk-in Guests sums will include the adult + child counts.
  • When the House Use checkbox is selected in the Rate plan screen, the Rate Plan is used by the Property for the employees residing in the hotel.
