Reprocessing messages using the retry mechanism

To reprocess messages using the retry mechanism:

  1. Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Message Status. The Message ID screen is displayed.
  2. On the List View tab, search for message events using the Dataspy and Quick Filters.
  3. Select the message to reprocess and click the Record View tab.
  4. In the Retry Details, click Retry. The message is reprocessed.
    Note:  Retry is only enabled if the current Processing Status or Delivery Status requires reprocessing or if the system automatically determines that a message needs to be reprocessed.
