rooming list

A list, whether printed or electronic, by which an event organizer and/or their designates delivers multiple reservations to a hotel or other housing facility. The rooming list is provided to the hotel so the hotel can assign rooms within the room block before attendees arrive on-site. Often the information contained in a rooming list is originally gathered through a form that attendees complete. A rooming list includes information such as the first name, last name, arrival date and departure date.
