Using the Start widget

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click Start to begin a call. The application displays the Call Center landing page.
  3. Click Type Caller Name to specify the name.
    Note: 
    • You can view the time taken to complete the call.
    • The application displays the Turndown Reason window when the call is completed without reserving the guest reservation. You must select the reason to end the call.
