Using the Start widget
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
- Click Start to begin a call. The application displays the Call Center landing page.

Click Type Caller Name to specify
the name.
Note:
- You can view the time taken to complete the call.
- The application displays the Turndown Reason window when the call is completed without reserving the guest reservation. You must select the reason to end the call.
