Setting the display type of screen

To modify the Display Type field:

  1. Select Administration > Property > Setup > Online Guest Experience Configuration. The Online Guest Experience Configuration screen is displayed.
  2. Select Check-in/Checkout Page Configuration tab.
  3. Select the screen on the grid.
    Note: 
    • You can select multiple screens.
    • You can modify this field value for pages other than View Charges Page (GEVIEW).
    • You cannot modify this value for Registration Card Page if the Registration Card Required at Check In check box is selected for the property on the Property Configuration page.
    • The GEWECI, GEGSTP, GEOPTP, GEREGP, GEPCKN, and GECNFI screens cannot be set together for an exception level.
  4. Right-click on the selected screen.
  5. Click the Update Field option. The Update Field window is displayed.
  6. Select the New Value field. These values are displayed based on the Online Display Type (ONLDIS) code:
    • Hidden
    • Optional
    • Required
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Close.
