Generating the ISTAT Extract

  1. Select Administration > Extracts > ISTAT Extract.
  2. Specify this information in the Extract Details section:
    Beginning Date
    The start date of the business month.
    Ending Date
    The end date of the business month.
  3. Click Create Extract.
    Note: The ISTAT extract generates the ISTAT text file only if the roomsseparate job parameter is not specified. However, a separate extract file (CAVISTAT) can be generated if the roomsseparate job parameter is specified on the Databridge Partner Job screen for ISTEXP job. The file name is in the CAVISTAT_Report_startingmonth_startingyear.txt format.
