Wake up call report overview

Use Wake Up Call Report page to generate a report that includes all the wake up calls specified in the Guest Stay > Messages tab.

  • Property: Specify the property for which you want to generate the wake up call report.
  • Confirmation Number: If you specify the confirmation number, the report includes wake up calls where the guest stay PMS confirmation number is same as the confirmation number value.
  • Room: If you specify the room number, the report includes wake up calls only for the specified room numbers. For In-House guests, the report displays the current room. For Reserved guests, the report displays the room configured for the Arrival Date. For Checked-Out guests, the report displays the room configured for the departure date. For guest accounts that do not have a room configured, the room field displays a blank.
  • New Messages: If this check box is selected, wakeup calls with status set to New only are printed on the report.
  • The report applies the VVIP functionality.
  • The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
