Using the Activity Lookup

Use the Activity Lookup page to retrieve the activity details linked to a guest. You can also use this page to add or update activities scheduled from an external system.

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay > Activities (Action) > Lookup Activity.
  2. Specify this information:
    Activity Provider
    Specify the activity provider of the type External. You can set an external activity provider the Activity Provider page, by selecting the External check box and specifying the Databridge Partner field.
    Last Name
    Specify the Last Name of the guest.
  3. Specify the required Start Date and End Date.
    Note:  The application defaults the Start and End Date with the guest's Arrival and Departure date specified on the Guest Stay page.
  4. Click Search.
    Note: The application invokes the SGI Interface to the Activity Provider and the related activity lookup messages are displayed.
  5. Select a record and click Okay. The activity is imported to the guest stay/profile.
