Reservation Agent Productivity
Use the Reservation Agent Productivity screen to generate a report that includes productivity statistics of reservations by reservation agent, with the details of reservations that each agent has booked. This report has three types of output based on a date range:
- All reservations booked by agent during a date range
- All reservations that stayed and checked out during a date range
- All reservations that were cancelled or no-show during a date range
The report can be used to pay a per-reservation fee, based on agent productivity, to a Central Reservations Office.
