Sent Email

Use the Sent Email screen to view the Emails sent from HMS.

This feature is used by the Front Desk employee. The screen displays this information:

  • Email Type
  • Account
  • Account Name
  • Subject
  • Email Address
  • Attachment
  • User ID
  • Report Code
  • Report Parameter List
  • Error
  • Email Date/Time of the server and property.
    Note: The invite letter (Check-in and Check-out) emails sent as part of the EOD process are also displayed.
