Market Segment Report

Use the Market Segment Report page to generate a report that displays statistical and forecast data for market segments. The report is based on Arrival Date, Reservation Date or Stay Date. For example, if the report is printed by arrival date, the report includes all the reservations that arrive within the date range of the report. Each reservation's information for the entire stay is included so that average rate and average length of stay can be calculated. For shares, if any guest who shares the reservation arrives within the date range then all of the guests who are sharing the reservation are included.
