Guest Messages Report

Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Guest Messages Report

Use the Guest Messages Report page to print messages for guests that can be either given to the guest at the front desk, or delivered to their room. New messages that are printed for in-house guests will have their status updated to completed after printing. Only guest messages contained on the Message tab of the guest stay are printed. This report applies the VVIP functionality. The report also applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
