Restricted Guest Profile
Use the Restricted Guest Profile screen to view
the list of restricted guest profiles and restore the selected profile.
The screen displays details of the restricted guest profile such as, Guest Name, Passport
details, Nationality, Address, and Last Stay. The personal details of the guest are masked if
the VVIP property parameter is selected and the values are specified in the
MASKPERSONALINFORMATION property parameter.
Note: You
cannot restore a guest profile that is associated with the VVIP functionality if you do not
have the VVIP authorization.
As per the GDPR compliance, the application enables you to restrict the guest profiles based on the guests’ preferences. You can restore a restricted profile only if the guest permits to reuse the profile.
After the profile is restored, you can view and modify the data in all fields related to the
profile, for a reservation. The earlier reservations and database tables are also
updated.
Note: By default, this screen is not
available. You can access this screen based on the legal requirement of the
property.
