Customer Correspondence Templates
Use the Customer Correspondence Templates page to design templates for common customer correspondence letters, such as A/R collection letters. You can type the letter content and add variables to represent customer specific data, such as names and addresses, when the letters are generated. The template is used by default but a user can modify the text as needed at the time the correspondence letters are generated.
