Total Advance Deposit
Use this page to generate a report of the total deposit amount for the advance paid to a
specific property.
The report is generated for a specific date and the deposit amount is classified by:
- Long term deposit:
- Reservations with Arrival Date, after a year from the report generation date.
- Other Account Types with the Account Start Date, after a year from the report generation date.
- Short term deposit:
- Reservations with Arrival Date within a year from the report generation date.
- Other Account Types with the Account Start Date within a year from the report generation date.
The report includes all current deposits that have an impact on the advance deposit ledger balance. Deposits that have been transferred to guest ledger, refunded, or forfeited are not considered.
The report displays the Long term deposit, Short term deposit and the Total advance deposit amounts.
