Reservation Cancellation
Use the Reservation Cancellation screen to generate a report that displays the guest reservations that are cancelled in HMS. This report is typically e-mailed or mailed to the guest when a reservation is cancelled. The guest stay record status is Cancel. The report displays the rate quote and does not include actual charges from the folio.
