Official Daily Guest List
Use the Official Daily Guest List screen to generate a report which
displays the list of all the primary and the additional In-House guests, including the room
rates.
The report is generated every night in Turkish language and is printed on a
special A4 sheet provided by the Tax authority for submission. The report includes the total
of adults, children, free children, rooms, net revenue, VAT and total revenue. The report
displays rates in the local currency. The reports include only the rate posted during the EOD
or Advance Posting processes..
Note:
- Adjustments made directly to a specific charge are not considered.
- By default, the report must be printed on the paper (A4 size which is provided by the tax authority) including the header and footer section. To enable this an optional report parameter (OPT_SHOWLETTERHEAD) must be activated on the Report – Parameters screen.
