Online Check-Out letter
Use the Online Check-out Letter screen to
generate the Check-out letter. This letter is e-mailed to the guest during the
OnlineCheckOutJob job, for reservations with In-House status and departure date is equal
to hotel date.
Note: The guest can view the property address based on the
address specified for the property on the Address
Configuration screen, the guest can view property address information. The
address configuration screen's country code must match the property country code. The
default property address is displayed in the letter if the address is not configured on the
Address Configuration screen.
