Online-Check-in Invite Letter
Use the Online-Check-in Invite Letter screen to displays the Online Check-in
invite letter. This invite letter is e-mailed to the guest when the reservation status is
confirmed. These reports are generated when the OnlineCheckInJob job is executed.
Note: The guest can view the property address based on the address specified
for the property on the Address Configuration
screen, the guest can view property address information. The address configuration screen's
country code must match the property country code. The default property address is displayed
in the letter if the address is not configured on the Address
Configuration screen.
