Lease Accounting Discrepancy
Use to generate a report that displays unrealized taxes and compares the results to the accounting folio balance for leases. This report must only be used if the lease tax is posted along with the lease revenue. If lease tax is posted along with the lease revenue, the lease tax generates an accounting folio offset. This reports allows you to validate the accounting folio balance. Report also allows you to locate discrepant lease accounts.
