Registration Card A5 - Germany
Use this screen to generate a report to verify the registration information of the guest checking into the hotel. The registration card includes details of the property, the reservation confirmation number and information related to guests. . If a guest is eligible for a room upgrade, the registration card includes the Upsell section that displays details such as Room Type (Upsold from and Upsold to), additional cost per night and Date.The registration card details are different for each country. The registration card also prints the terms based on the Opt-in text boxes that are active in the Property - Forms tab.
This report is specific to Germany and is used to get information for the guest’s registration card while checking into the hotel for a stay.
This screen is used by the Property Manager, and Front Desk Manager of the hotel property.
