Informational Tax Invoice-Czech Republic
This report generates an informational tax invoice to review with the guest prior to generating the final tax invoice. It can be generated from the tax invoice screen or from the reports menu.
Informational Tax Invoices are generated from the Invoicing tables. Tax invoices display the tax with the tax rate. If there is more than one inclusive tax for a given transaction, the tax rate will display as "Multi".
To generate an Informational invoice from the tax invoice screen the Final check-box must not be checked and the screen does not specify "Informational".
The informational Tax invoice does not contain an invoice number or a tax summary breakdown. When an invoice, which is not balanced in the system, is printed, the text “Information Invoice” is displayed on the header and “This is not a VAT Receipt” is displayed on the footer. Only when an invoice is “Balanced” and “Closed” in the system is the invoice considered legal and final. The “Final” invoice contains the invoice number.
When generating informational tax invoices you can select to show package details. You can select the group format, include group date details and a group header. You can select to show net adjustments. You can select to include a transaction summary, or a transaction summary by date.
The property install parameter TAXIIO is used for the property to call a custom or customized report.
