CRS Confirmation Letter
Use the CRS Confirmation Letter page to generate a report that displays the reservation confirmation which is typically e-mailed or mailed to the guest when a reservation is made from the call center. Typically, the guest stay record is in Reserved status. The confirmation letter can also be sent from the guest stay record.
