CRS Cancellation Letter
Use the CRS Cancellation Letter page to generate cancellation letters for guest reservations in Cancelled status within the specified date range. Cancellation letters are typically e-mailed or mailed to the guest when a reservation is cancelled. The cancellation letter can also be sent from the guest stay record.
