Call Center Agent Productivity Report

Use the Call Center Agent Productivity Report screen to generate the productivity statistics report. The report includes details of the guest reservations which are reserved by the call center agent.

These types of report can be printed for a specific duration:

  1. Reservations booked by the agent.
  2. Stayed and checked-out reservations.
  3. Cancelled and no-show reservations.

Additionally, you can also view a Summary and Turndown Summary section at the end of the report.
