A/R Membership Statements Report

Use this report to view the transaction details of A/R membership accounts. The membership accounts are affiliated to the properties, that allow the guests to avail the hotel facilities without staying at the hotel.

The report can be generated for each A/R account and is sorted by the Transaction Date. These reports are saved to a pre-defined location.

The report includes the account details, account balance amount, transaction details, reference number, charged amount for each transaction, credit/payments when they are matched to invoices, closing date, previous balance amount, and the total amount to be paid.
