Generating the Amenities Report

The Amenities Report screen enables you to view the amenity item information associated with the guest stay, the items to be delivered or have been delivered.

This report includes guest details such as confirmation number, status, room number, notes. The report also includes the amenity item related information such as the quantity, frequency of item delivery, notification department, delivery department and the retrieval department. You can also view the number of guests, including adults and children. The arrival time of the guest is also included in the report which helps to plan the delivery of the amenities.

To generate the Amenities report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Amenities Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated. This value is defaulted.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Amenity Item
    The item name and description.
    Notification Department
    The department to be notified.
    Delivery Department
    The department responsible for the delivery of the amenity item.
    Retrieval Department
    The department responsible for the retrieval of the amenity item.
    Confirmation Number
    The unique number generated for the confirmed reservation.
    Guest Status
    The status of the guest for whom the report is generated.
  3. Set these parameters in the Report Options section:
    Delivered
    If this checkbox is selected, the report includes only the details of the amenity item delivered to the guest.
    Not Delivered
    If this checkbox is selected, the report includes the details of the amenity item which is yet to be delivered to the guest.
    Note: 
    • By default, the Delivered and Not Delivered check boxes are selected.
    • If the Delivered and Not Delivered checkbox are cleared, no guest records are included in the report.
  4. Select the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: By default, the Start Date and the End Date are set to Hotel Date.
  5. Click Print Record.
    Note: 
    • By default, the records are sorted by the Guest Name. However, you can modify to Room Number by selecting this option in the Sort By section
    • You can also group and sort the report by Date and Amenity description.
    • The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
