Generating the Indonesia Immigration Extract

  1. Select Administration > Extract > Indonesia Immigration Extract.
    The Indonesia Immigration Extract screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Extract Details section:
    Start Date
    The date from which the records are included in the report. This date is based on the guest Arrival Date.
    Note: By default, the value is set to a date prior to the current Hotel Date.
    End Date
    The date up to which the records are included in the report. This date is based on the guest Arrival Date.
    Note: By default, the value is set to a date prior to the current Hotel Date.
    Reservation Status
    The status of the reservation for the guest stay.
    Note: 
    • By default, the value is set to INHOUSE.
    • You can select multiple Reservation Status.
    Exclude Indonesia
    Select this check box to include the record of guests who are not Indonesia nationals in the extracted file.
  3. Click Create File. The extracted file is stored in the Download folder of the specific browser.
