Creating a Reservation Template
Use this screen to create or modify existing reservation templates.
To create a reservation template:
- Select Administration > Property > Setup > > Reservation Template.
- Click New Record.
- Specify this information:
- Reservation Template Code
- The code and description of the existing or new reservation template.
- Status
- The status of the reservation template.Note: By default, this field is set to Active.
- Source of Business
- The Source of Business and Market Segment are updated if there is no lease associated. You can change the market segment on the guest stay record. If the rate plan changes, the application does not modify the market segment automatically. If you update the booking agency on an existing reservation the application does not modify the market segment.
- Player Tier
- The code of the player tier used for the casino.Note: When an offer associated with the Player Tier is selected, the application defaults the Reservation Template data to the reservation.
- Rate Plan
- The default rate plan for the reservation template.
- Track
- Select the track code that must be
associated to the template.Note: You can create and modify the track codes using the Create Track Code.
- Reason for Stay
- The purpose of the stay.
- Authorization Code
- The valid authorization code associated with an Active
authorizer.Note: This field is disabled, if the MASKCOMPAUTHCODE parameter is selected in the Property Parameter screen.
- Comp authorizer
- This comp authorizer role. This field is populated based on the value specified in the Authorization Code.
- Click Save.
