Generating Scheduled Room Change Report

This report lists guest stays with scheduled room changes in the specified date range. The report includes guest details such as the name, VIP code, loyalty code, PMS confirmation number. The report also includes the arrival, departure dates of the guest and the room details.

To generate the report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Scheduled Room Change Report > .
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property for which the report is generated.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Building
    The code configured for the building associated with the current or scheduled room.
  3. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: 
    • The Start Date must be same as or later than the Date of Change.
    • The End Date must be same as or prior to the Date of Change.
    • The report is sorted by the Date of Change only if the Start Date and End Date are specified.
  4. Click Print.
    Note: 
    • You can sort this report by Guest Name, Current Room Number, New Room Number, and Date of Change.
    • The report displays the record details for the VVIP guest (based on these configurations):
      • If the Property Parameter VVIP is selected in the parameter screen.
      • If the VVIP checkbox is selected for the Guest Name in the Guest Stay screen.
      • If the User VVIP Authorization is set to Yes or Hosted.
    • The VVIP records are not included in the report:
      • If the User VVIP Authorization is set to No.
      • If the User ID is Not the VVIP Host configured.
