Configuring the guest portal link

Use the Online Guest Portal Configuration tab to configure the online guest portal that can be accessed by guests using the web App.

  1. Select Administration > Property > Setup > Online Guest Experience Configuration - Online Guest Portal Configurationtab. The Online Guest Portal Configuration tab is displayed.
    Note: While creating a record, the Sort Priority option in the Action menu is not displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Guest Portal Links section:
    Description
    A brief text to describe the guest portal card.
    Note: 
    • The text can comprise of a maximum of 120 characters.
    • This text is not displayed on the guest portal.
    Title
    The title of the card that is displayed on the guest portal.
    Note: The title text can comprise of a maximum of 25 characters.
    Screen
    The code of the screens to be displayed on the guest portal. The screen codes are defined on the Global Codes screen. The Code Type is GPGRPW.
    Note: You can select multiple Screen.
    Button Text
    The text displayed on the Button in the guest portal.
    Note: 
    • The text can comprise of a maximum of 20 characters.
    • This field is enabled only if the Button Text or Navigate to URL fields are configured.
    Status
    The status of the guest portal. The available options:
    • Active: The cards are displayed on the web application
    • Inactive: The cards are not displayed on the web application
    Navigate to URL
    The URL to which the guest is navigated from the selected card.
    Image URL
    The URL for the image of the card.
    Note: You can select the image only if value in the Navigate to URL field is specified and the value in the Button Text field is not specified.
  3. Click Save.
    Note: You can sequence the display of the Cards on the mobile App by selecting the Sort Priority option on the Action menu.
