Reviewing and confirming the guest stay booking
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.

Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing
Page
Note: Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget..
- Click on the on the Guarantee & Deposit, or Preferences, or Associated Reservation, or Experiences, or Notes, or Guest Details tab in the Navigation pane to include the required booking details.

Review the booking details in the shopping cart.
Note: The details specified on the Preferences, Guest Details, Notes and Associated Reservation tabs are not displayed.

Click Room Assign to select a
room.
Note:
- You can also reconfirm the deposit information using Deposit Schedule.
- You can click Rate Details to view the current rate plan.
- Click Edit to view the Rate Shopping screen.
- Click Wrap Up to confirm the booking. The Wrap Up screen is displayed.
