Reviewing and confirming the guest stay booking

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing Page
    Note: Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget..
  3. Click on the on the Guarantee & Deposit, or Preferences, or Associated Reservation, or Experiences, or Notes, or Guest Details tab in the Navigation pane to include the required booking details.
  4. Review the booking details in the shopping cart.
    Note: The details specified on the Preferences, Guest Details, Notes and Associated Reservation tabs are not displayed.
  5. Click Room Assign to select a room.
    Note: 
    • You can also reconfirm the deposit information using Deposit Schedule.
    • You can click Rate Details to view the current rate plan.
  6. Click Edit to view the Rate Shopping screen.
  7. Click Wrap Up to confirm the booking. The Wrap Up screen is displayed.
