Adding the activity participants

Use the Activity Participants page to add participants for/to an activity.

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay > Activities > Activity Booking List > Activity > Book Activity > .
  2. Select the activity.
  3. Select Activity > Booking Details > Book Activity > Activity Participants
  4. Click Add Record.
  5. Specify the First Name and Last Name of the participant.
    Note:  The application defaults these values if you specify the value in the Participants field. The list view of the Activity Participants screen displays the VVIP guests information based on the user authorization. This field supports the VVIP functionality.
  6. Click Save.
