Adding a trace, alert, or locator to group delegates

You can add traces, alerts, or locators to multiple group delegate guest stay records at once by using the Add Traces and Alerts option. A trace alert will be added to the group delegates if one exists on the rate plan assigned.

  1. Select Group Sales > Group Booking.
  2. Select a group booking, then click the Delegate tab.
  3. Select delegate records, then in the Delegate Details section, click the Actions button and select Add Alert / Trace.
  4. Specify the information that you require. See Adding a trace, alert, or locator to a guest stay.
  5. Click Submit.
