Adding a trace, alert, or locator to multiple guest stays

You can add traces, alerts, or locators to multiple guest stay records at once by using the Add Traces and Alerts option. A trace alert will be added to the guest stays if one exists on the rate plan assigned.

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay.
  2. On the List View select the guest stay records you require, then right-click and select Add Traces and Alerts.
  3. Specify the information that you require. See Adding a trace, alert, or locator to a guest stay.
  4. Click Submit.
