Understanding Guest Stay Trace Report
Use the Guest Stay Trace Report page to create a report that lists guest stay traces that are added to the Trace tab. In the Report View you can see traces based on Delivery Date, Due Date or Reservation Date that is on or within the specified date range.
The report includes Guest Name, Confirmation Number, Trace Status, Due Date, User, Email Address, Department, Deliver Date, Trace Topic, Trace Details, and Room number.
You can filter the report by guest confirmation, delivery method, guest stay status, trace status, user created, user completed, assigned user, department, and Room View. You can sort the report by Delivery Method, Trace Status, Assigned User, Department, and Room Number.
