Generating Telephone List Report

To generate the report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Telephone List Report.
  2. Specify the Property for which the report is generated; in the Report Parameters section.
  3. Select List Component Rooms in the Report Options section to include the Suite Room and the component rooms configured as part of the Suite room.
  4. Specify the type of status data that must be printed in the report in the Report Options section based on these selections:
    • Cancelled
    • Checked Out
    • In-House
    • No Show
    • Reserved
    • Waitlist
  5. Specify the method that is used to sort the records, in the Sort By section.
  6. Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range field.
  7. Click Print Record.
