Generating the reservation confirmation letter

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Guest Stay > Reservation Confirmation – Standard.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters session:
    Property
    The code of property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value. However, you can modify this value.
    Confirmation Number
    The confirmation number of the reservation.
    Locale
    The code of the location used to select the language of the letter.
    Note: If this value is blank, the default locale of the property is considered.
  3. Select the reservation status check boxes for which the letter must be sent, in the Report Options session. Available options:
    • Reserved
    • In-House
    • Checked Out
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range session. By default, the value is set to the current hotel date.
  5. Click Print Record.
