Adding Exception Levels

  1. Select Administration > Property > Setup > Online Guest Experience Configuration. The Online Guest Experience Configuration screen is displayed.
  2. Select Check-in/Checkout Page Configuration tab.
  3. Click the Customize Exception Levels option to associate or disassociate the selected exceptional levels. The Associated Exception Levels window is displayed.
  4. Select the exception level.
  5. Click move in to move the exception level to the Associated Exception Levels section.
  6. Click move out to move the exception level to the Unassociated Exception Levels section.
  7. Click Submit to add all the screens for each of the associated exception levels.
  8. Click Close. The Check-in/Checkout Page Configuration tab is displayed.
