Generating the Walk-In Report

Use this screen to generate a report which lists the guest stays details of the walk-in reservations. This report applies the VVIP functionality.

To generate this report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Walk-In Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property

    The property for which the report is to be generated. The application defaults this value.

    Note: You can modify this value.
    Created By

    The user who creates the reservation.

    Note: The value specified must be the same as the Created By value of the reservation, for the guest stay details to be included in the report.
    Status

    The status of the guest stay to be included in the report.

    Note: By default, this value is set to INHOUS. You can modify this value.
  3. Select the Include Add-Ons check box to include the Add-on information such as the Add-On Code and the Total Price for the Add-On. By default, this check box is selected.
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: By default, these values are set to a date prior to the Hotel Date.
    Note: By default, the report is sorted by the Created By option. However, you can modify this value to Guest Name, Confirmation Number and Arrival Date.
