Cancelling the reservation
- Click the ellipses in the Information pane of the Call Center screen. The Cancellation Reason window is displayed..
- 
				Specify this information in the Cancellation
						Reason window:
				- Cancellation Note
- The additional information related to cancellation of the reservation.
- Cancellation Reason
- The reason for cancelling the reservation. For example, family emergency.
- Cancellation Policy
- The description of the cancellation policy, if applicable for the reservation.
- Cancellation Text
- The additional information related to the cancellation policy.
 Note: The Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Text are populated based on the policy associated with the reservation.
- 
				Click OK. The status of the
					reservation is updated to Cancelled.
				Note: When the deposit is forfeited for a reservation, the forfeit amount is displayed on the Confirmation screen and on the Advance Deposit tab of the Guest Account screen of HMS.
